Travel, Beer and Promotion

I'm currently in Savannah Georgia for work. I got to walk around a good bit yesterday exploring, but Friday will be my day to do tourist type of stuff. I'll take any recommendations for people who have been here.

I got to try some local beer.  Not all pictured all local, but I tried most that the place had to offer.

My hotel is right on the water so these huge ships go by often. The first one woke me up around 630 this morning.

I'll have more pictures when I get home Saturday.

Also, my buddy Kevin wants to give you cards. You should take him up on his offer. Use it as an excuse to trade with someone from France. Your friends will be impressed you know someone from France.

  1. My wife, who was stationed there during her stint with the Air Force, says you should try the crab shack out on Tybee Island. Enjoy your time.

  2. It has been about a decade since I was there but there was a fun bar named Jen and Friends when I was there. Forsyth Fountain looked great as well - cool coffee shop was near there. Beware of the Palmetto bugs.

  3. Palmetto Bugs - just a fancy name for gargantuan cockroaches. The kind you could walk on a leash. Have fun!
