I think Pedro gets the award for being the most frustrating Pirate in recent memory. The power is elite, but he is lacking in so many other areas that it will be hard to justify the Pirates extending him long term. The poor defense and low obp keeps him from being an upper tier third baseman. He did make the all star team last year based on good power numbers and weak performances from other third baseman, but unless something improves I think we have seen his peak. Pedro's agent is Scott Boras so he will most likely be testing the free agent market in 2017 to get a gauge on his value. If that happens the Pirates will not be able to afford him.

The above card was purchased on Ebay last year. Pedro doesn't have a ton of high end relics or autos. Probably the nicest cards were from Museum Collection like the one above which is numbered out of /5. I have a nicer version of this one, but didn't have it scanned.
