I didn't plan on posting tonight, but a card that Dennis from Too Many Verlanders sent me really got my attention. Check this out.....
An uncut Score/Pinnacle Promo with the legend himself on the bottom right. I will soon donate this to the Smithsonian so the masses can view this work of art. I'll do some more research when I do a more formal post for Dennis's trade package, but I think these were National Convention giveaways.
Well done my friend.
Great addition. He had a lot of good stuff up for grabs
ReplyDeleteBoy do I have some crazy stuff to show later this week. Dennis really hooked me up.
DeleteWells, Davis, and Plantier were all fine, but they couldn't hold a candle to Walk's bWAR (Bob Walks above replacement)
ReplyDeleteHahahah. Well done! I laughed when I saw the uncut sheet. It is amazing all the odd Bob Walk items I've received the last few years. That uncut sheet might be the most unique.
DeleteUncut promo sheets are rad!
ReplyDeleteThat they are!
DeleteOoh, I had one of these as a kid. Well, I don't remember if it was the same players. I think maybe I got it at the 1992 All-Star Fanfest.
ReplyDeleteUncut sheets are always really cool to find. Love the black edged Pinnacle sets from the early 1990s, good lucking cards.
